What this covers
This policy explains what 3P Security Group does with information you give us through this website or by email. It applies to this site only.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. If you email us about a consulting engagement, we hold your name, email address, and whatever you chose to tell us about your property or situation. There is no contact form, no account system, and no newsletter on this site.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages. We use those only to keep the site running and to understand rough traffic volume.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
- We do not send marketing email to people who contacted us about a specific enquiry.
Confidentiality of engagement material
Security assessment work necessarily involves sensitive detail: floor plans, camera positions, shift patterns, weak points. We treat everything a client shares as confidential, we do not publish or reuse it, and we do not name clients in marketing without written permission. Where a written engagement agreement exists, its confidentiality terms govern over this policy.
How long we keep things
Enquiry email is retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Engagement records are retained as long as needed for the work and for our own legal and insurance purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
Email us at info@3psecuritygroup.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we will honour a verified request regardless of whether the statute strictly applies to us.
Children
This site is aimed at commercial property owners and managers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
