The cheapest incident is the one that never starts. Lighting, sightlines, access points, signage and routine. Most of it costs nothing but attention.

Coverage that matches the actual risk window, not the invoice. Post orders that say what to do, staffing that maps to when incidents happen.
Prove
An event nobody verified is a rumour with a timestamp. Confirmed detail, a written record, and a report you can take to an insurer or a court.
A camera that nobody watched is not security. It is a recording of your loss.
Two things get sold as protection. A recorded camera tells you what happened, after it happened, usually the next morning. A body on a post tells you someone was present, but rarely what they saw or when. Neither produces the thing that settles an insurance claim or a dispute: a verified account of what occurred, confirmed by a person, at the time it occurred.
That gap is where nearly all wasted security budget lives. Our work is closing it on paper before you spend another dollar on hardware or hours.
Dallas puts a price on the difference. The city requires an alarm permit, and the Chief of Police may refuse police response to a location without a valid one. After three false alarms in a twelve-month period, the fees begin: $50 for the fourth through sixth, $75 for the seventh and eighth, and $100 for each one after that.
Every unverified alarm your system throws is billable to you. A verified one is not. The city wrote the business case for verification before anyone had to sell it.

Independent, written, and vendor-neutral. You own the deliverable and you can execute it with anyone.
Site risk assessment
A walk of the property against how it is actually used, at the hours it is actually exposed. Access points, sightlines, lighting, blind spots, and the routine that a person watching the building would learn in a week.
Post orders and procedure
Written instructions an officer can follow on their first night without guessing. What to check, in what order, what to do when something is wrong, and what has to be written down afterward.
Coverage and staffing review
Whether the hours you are buying line up with the hours you are exposed. Most schedules are inherited, not designed, and the gap usually sits where nobody is looking at 3am.
Vendor selection and bid review
What to ask a guard or alarm company before you sign, how to read the quote, and which line items are real. We are not bidding on the work, so there is no reason to steer you.
Deliberately vendor-neutral. Consultancies that also sell guards and hardware have a reason to find problems their own product solves. We are not selling you officers or equipment, and when that changes you will be told plainly, in writing, before any engagement.
What comes next, and when
Guard services, alarm work and monitoring are licensed activities in Texas. We are not offering them, quoting them, or taking enquiries about them until the licence is issued. When it is, the number goes in the footer of every page on this site.
